TERMS and Conditions

Estimate Validity
All estimates and quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.Authorization to Proceed
Work will not commence until authorization is received. Approval may be provided either verbally or in writing.Diagnostic Fee
A non-refundable diagnostic fee of $40.00 applies to all equipment and systems submitted for evaluation. If you choose to proceed with the recommended repairs, this fee will be credited toward the final invoice.
Payment Terms
Payment in full is due upon completion of services and prior to the release of equipment. We accept cash and major credit cards.Late Payments
Any unpaid balance remaining more than thirty (30) days after the invoice date will be subject to a late fee of $50.00 per month until paid in full.Abandoned Equipment
Equipment that remains unclaimed for more than sixty (60) days after notification that service has been completed will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of, recycle, or sell abandoned equipment to recover repair, storage, and administrative costs.
